Trivium Indianapolis reviews
Good show
The opening band, Bad Omens, was very impressive and performed a great set. Fit For An Autopsy was okay, but, I did not know their songs, and could not really get into their set. Their music was awesome, but, I did not really care for the vocals style of the singer. I was there to see Trivium and I'm a huge fan. I don't know if it was just me or where I stood on the side of the stage, but, the vocals fro Trivium did not sound good to me. The vocals seemed too tuned down for the first third of their set. I also did not like the lighting for Trivium. The lights seemed to all be coming from behind the band and out into the audience. There were moments I was blinded by their lighting. I do not know if this was the way Trivium wanted it. The band appeared to be performing in the dark for most of the show. There were rarely any lights facing the band so they could be seen clearly. Trivium's performance really got better and the last 2/3 of the show was great.
